AFA/VCHC Desert Shield/Desert Storm Heritage event

LOCATION: Veterans Memorial Park

The Waterman-Twining AFA Chapter and the Veterans Council of Hillsborough County (VCHC) have begun preliminary planning to host a joint Heritage Event at Veterans Memorial Park on Friday, March 6, 2026, to honor the 25th Anniversary of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. We will be looking for possible speakers plus we want to honor one veteran from each service who served in this operation. We will also be looking for sponsors.
