Blue Star Families Salute to Play

DATE: November 15, 2025 from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm

LOCATION: Glazer Children’s Museum

Here are the details of what volunteers would be asked to do. They need volunteer names NLT October 24.

Set-up for Glazer is at 8:30 AM. We typically need help with:

• Setting up tent canopies, tables, and chairs
• Bringing in boxes of family giveaways
• Assisting vendors with unloading and getting to their assigned spots
• Serving boxed lunches to families
• Walking around to offer water to community partners and resources
• Event pack-up and clean-up

This event will take place both inside and outside the museum, so please note there will be a fair amount of walking and lifting.
